TWIN PACK EPOXYPolyamide cured epoxy coating ideally suited for the coating of steel structures and cement floors.MIXING RATIOBase: Hardener ratio is 4:1SPREADING RATEOn smooth sealed surfaces a spread rate of 8 - 10 sq metres per litre is obtained per coat. 0n previously unpainted masonry substrates; the spread rate is dependant on the porosity and profile of the plaster.APPLICATIONEnsure that the surface to be coated is free of dirt and loose material. Prime friable or porous substrates with Twin Pack Epoxy clear thinned 20 % with Epoxy thinners prior to coating. Apply with mohair roller or good quality brush. Firm and dry plaster can be coated directly with this product. Can be applied directly to metal surfaces. Epoxy enamels are only suitable for interior use. Surfaces to be coated must be dry. Consult our Technical Consultants for advice before coating floors. As the product cures by chemical reaction, the temperature of the substrate influences the rate of the reaction. Ambient temperatures of below 10 deg C result in very low floor and steel structure temperatures. When overnight temperatures are expected to be below 10 deg C, it must be noted that the product will only fully cure in excess of 7 days and heavy traffic over such floors is to be avoided.
