TWIN PACK ETCH PRIMER

A twin pack vinyl quick drying etch primer for application to clean non ferrous metal substrates.  Ideally suited to use on galvanized iron, aluminum and stainless steel.

SPREADING RATE

A spreading rate of 10 -12 square metres per litre is typically obtained.

APPLICATION

Degrease surface to be primed and remove loose rust with wire bush if present. Mix base and catalyst in the ratio 1:1 prior to use. Use mixed product within 4 hrs of adding catalyst. Apply using brush, mohair roller or air assisted spray gun. Allow to dry for 4 hrs before over coating with specified top-coat.
