ZINC PHOSPHATE PRIMER

Quick drying spray-applied metal primer suitable for application to suitably prepared mild-steel surfaces.

SPREADING RATE

Dependant on the profile of the steel but typically 10 square metres per litre.

APPLICATION

Ensure that the surface to be coated is free of oil, dirt and loose material. Wire brush or sand down previously rusted surfaces to metal. Ensure that the spray line is moisture-free and apply under suitable spraying conditions. Can be over coated with conventional single pack systems after 2 hrs.
