COLD ROOMSPRODUCT DESCRIPTIONWeatherPrufe PolarSheen is a pure acrylic adhesion promoted coating designed to dry under cold conditions. The product is solvent free, resulting in a low odour coating ideal for cold-rooms. Fungicides used in the coating are Thales approved and thus suitable for use in food storage environments. The coating will dry at 4 degrees Celsius within 8hrs.PREPARATIONAll surfaces to be coated must be free of any dirt, fatty build-up or loose material. Should any fungal growth be evident, sterilize the surface prior to cleaning with a saturation coat of WeatherPrufe Fungal Wash. Wash off sterilized growth and re-apply WeatherPrufe Fungal Wash.*Personal protective gear should be worn when applying this product: gloves, apron and mask Should no fungal growth be evident, clean using strong detergent and allow to dry. APPLICATIONApply with lambs-wool roller or good quality brush.Apply one coat of WeatherPrufe PolarSheen at a spread rate of 8 – 10 sqm per litre per coat. Allow a drying time of 8 hours. Apply final topcoat of WeatherPrufe PolarSheen at a spread rate of 8 – 10 sqm per litre per coat. |
