FIRE PLACES

PREPARATION

Degrease unpainted metal surfaces and sand to a bright finish where required.
Rinse off with clean water prior to coating.
Remove all loose and flaking paint.
Sand to a smooth even finish.

PREVIOUSLY PAINTED SURFACES

Sand down to an even matt finish.
Dust off well.

Apply two coats WeatherPrufe Fire Place Black by mohair roller or air assisted spray gun at two hourly intervals.

UNPAINTED SURFACES

Apply two coats Fire Place Black by mohair roller or air assisted spray gun at two hourly intervals.

Degreaser:
WEATHERPRUFE TORNADO

Prime and Top coat:
WEATHERPRUFE FIRE PLACE BLACK (spread rate 8 – 10 sqm per litre)
