AREAS INFECTED WITH FUNGAL GROWTHSterilization of fungal growth is essential prior to over-coating of surfaces.The following steps are required for the successful treatment of affected areas. Apply a liberal amount of WeatherPrufe Fungal Wash to the area concerned. Allow to react for 15 minutes. Scrub or water-jet the area to remove loose material. Re-apply Fungal Wash liberally and allow to dry. Coat the dry, sterilized surface, as soon as possible as per the relevant specification. Note that Fungal Wash is a toxic chemical and protective gear should be worn for its application. Goggles and rubber gloves are the minimum requirement for this. Should any clothing become wet during the procedure, remove and wash as soon as possible. Hands should be washed immediately after use of this product. Care should be taken not to allow plants to come into contact with this product and that pets should be removed from the area before work commences. |
