METAL FINISHESPREPARATIONRemove all loose and flaking paint.Sand to a smooth even finish. PREVIOUSLY PAINTED SURFACESSand down to an even matt finish.Dust off well. Prime exposed metal with one coat of WeatherPrufe Etch Primer. Allow to dry for 4 hours. Apply two coats of WeatherPrufe Gloss Enamel, at 6 hourly intervals. UNPAINTED SURFACESSpot prime exposed metal using one coat of WeatherPrufe Etch Primer.Allow to dry for 4 hours. Apply two coats of WeatherPrufe Gloss Enamel, at 6 hourly intervals in between coats. Prime coat: WeatherPrufe Etch Primer (spread rate 8 – 10 sqm per litre) Top coat: WeatherPrufe Enamels (spread rate 8 – 10 sqm per litre) WeatherPrufe Acrylic Roof Spray WeatherPrufe WeatherKlad Pure Acrylic (spread rate 6 – 8 sqm per litre) |
